• If the receipt amount is less than the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining balance is not refundable.
• The nominal value of the certificate cannot be divided into several payments.
• The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be restored in case of loss.
• The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
