We deliver by Nova Poshta to the following countries with flat shipping rates (in UAH or equivalent):

Poland - 400 UAH to branch, 500 UAH home delivery

Spain - 1,050 UAH to branch, 1,150 UAH home delivery

Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, Germany - 550 UAH to branch, 650 UAH home delivery

Estonia, Italy, Latvia, United Kingdom - 950 UAH to branch, 1,050 UAH home delivery

Belgium, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Greece, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden - 1,600 UAH

Canada, USA - 900 UAH

International shipments are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Without Duty) basis and may be subject to duties and taxes. The prices of goods on the website do not include taxes and other fees that you may need to pay before receiving the package.

2-3 working days for products in stock (for orders placed during the sales period, the delivery time may be extended).

5-7 days for pre-order items.

After placing the order on the site, we will send you an email with all the details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, your package will arrive within 2-7 business days. We always aim to deliver your package within the specified time, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or other reasons beyond our control.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• the item has not been used (no odors, stains, signs of washing or wear),
  
• it is in sellable condition with original packaging,
  
• it includes all original components.
  
  

Returns and exchanges are processed at the buyer’s expense.

💳 Refunds are issued to the buyer’s bank card within 7 banking days from the date the return is received.

📦 If the “Free Shipping” promotion was used, the refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping cost.

❗️Important regarding swimwear

According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, swimwear is not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the parcel is refused during fitting at the post office.
