International shipments are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Without Duty) basis and may be subject to duties and taxes. The prices of goods on the website do not include taxes and other fees that you may need to pay before receiving the package.

After placing the order on the site, we will send you an email with all the details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, your package will arrive within 2-7 business days. We always aim to deliver your package within the specified time, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or other reasons beyond our control.

Before sending an item for exchange or return, please notify our manager about your intention via Instagram Direct or by email. This will help us process your request more quickly and provide you with further instructions.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• the item has not been used (no odors, stains, signs of washing or wear),
  
• it is in sellable condition with original packaging,

Returns and exchanges are processed at the buyer’s expense.

❗️Important regarding swimwear

According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, swimwear is not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the parcel is refused during fitting at the post office.
