Queenfluence is a Ukrainian clothing brand founded in 2019 by Yuliia and Hahik. We design and manufacture bodysuits, dresses, tops, skirts, pants, swimwear and accessories at our own production facility in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Every piece combines high-tech production, quality fabrics and a focus on comfort.

All our clothes are designed and made in-house at our facility in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We control every step — from fabric selection and pattern-making to sewing and quality checks.

We work with a range of high-quality fabrics depending on the collection: soft knit jersey, stretch mesh, viscose, Tencel, cotton blends, and swimwear-specific fabrics. Every material is selected for comfort, durability and a premium hand-feel. Detailed composition is listed on each product page.

Our sizing follows EU standards. Our fabrics are mostly stretchy and designed for a close, comfortable fit. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit, or the smaller one for a more sculpted look. If in doubt — message us and we'll help you choose.

Yes! Our fabrics are stretchy and comfortable. We recommend going 1–2 sizes up from your usual size. Use the "Shopping for a baby bump" toggle in our size calculator for an adjusted recommendation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers. All transactions are secure and SSL-encrypted.

For orders within Ukraine, you can choose between full payment or a prepayment of 200 UAH — the remaining balance is paid upon delivery at Nova Post.
Please note that Nova Post charges a cash-on-delivery fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the remaining amount. Full payment at checkout avoids this fee.

International orders, local pickup and Kyiv taxi delivery require full payment only.

Please contact us as soon as possible via Instagram Direct or email at info@queenfluence.com.ua. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but you can use our return and exchange process.

Prices on our website do not include customs duties or local taxes for international orders. These may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. For orders within Ukraine, all prices are final.

Within Ukraine: 2–3 working days for items in stock. International: 3–14 business days depending on the destination. Pre-order items require an additional 5–7 days for production. During sales periods, processing time may be extended.

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the Nova Post website or app to follow your package in real time.

International shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and in sellable condition. Before sending an item back, please notify us via Instagram Direct or email — we'll provide instructions. Returns and exchanges are at the buyer's expense. Please note: swimwear is subject to a different return policy — see details below.

In accordance with Ukrainian law (Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine), swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the parcel is refused during fitting at the post office.

Yes, sale items follow the same return policy as full-price items — within 14 days, unworn and in original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 banking days from the date we receive the returned item. If you used a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. If a free gift was included with your order, it must be returned together with the item.

Care instructions vary by fabric type and are included with every garment. As a general rule: wash at 30°C or below, use gentle detergent without bleach, lay flat to dry in the shade, and avoid tumble drying. For specific care by fabric type, check the care label on your garment or visit the product page.

No. All our garments are designed for easy home care — gentle machine wash or hand wash depending on the fabric. We actually recommend against dry cleaning for most of our items.

Items with rhinestones should be hand washed only — do not iron, as heat may loosen or damage the stones. For items with detachable feathers, remove the feathers before washing and do not get them wet. You can fluff feathers with a hairdryer on a cool setting. For mesh items with feathers, hand wash the garment gently and iron only the knit areas if needed, avoiding the mesh.

You can steam knit and viscose garments safely. However, avoid steaming directly on rhinestones, mesh or feathered areas — the heat and moisture can cause damage. If the garment is a mix of fabrics, steam only the parts that can handle it.
